The curved shells with 1.25-1.30 mm thickness, which encompass the roof of the building, act as an «envelop» and ensure the stability of construction arches without the use of frames.

This technology provides the space with clear span arch without columns and beams, guaranteeing the successful utilization of the internal space, reducing the construction weight, consequently the expenses as well. Moreover, due to the exclusive technology for the production and installation of the self-supporting shell, the hangars are adapted to any weather condition. These buildings have a hermetic structure, are 100% waterproof and do not require snow removal.

Building lifespan over 50 years

BPLAN hangars can be cold and warm by the application purpose.  For the warm hangars, polyurethane foam (PUR) is used, seated at the inner surface of the arched roof. The interior surface of the hangar can be laminated with prefabricated profiles.

 

The technology of frameless arch construction has a quiet impressive track record all across the world. It has found its use in all spheres as the most efficient solutions for the construction of warehouses (including warehouses-refrigerators), manufacturing and factory buildings, granaries and vegetable stores, recycling plants, indoor and outdoor markets, exhibition halls, showrooms, garages and parking lots, sports facilities (e.g. swimming pools, playgrounds, training areas).
